The application form said the structures are to complete the community wellbeing garden and provide shelter for volunteers, staff, patients and community members.
The applicant is Stephanie Llewellyn of the Willow Group of the Brune Medical Centre in Gosport.
The 5.2 metre by 3.2 metre by 3 metre spruce timber gazebo will have full size panels at the rear and two half size panels at the side with an open front.
The gazebo materials proposed use tongue and groove boards for the roof.
The polycarbonate metal greenhouse measures 3.05 metres long by 1.85 metres wide by 2.08 metres to the highest point of the pitched greenhouse roof.
Planning officers will decide on planning application 25 00240 FULL by October 10.,
